2) What we offer and terms of delivery

We offer processing and review of electronic travel authorization applications for travel to the USA. The service consists of checking the data provided, then processing it and submitting the permit application to the relevant US authority. The decision of the U.S. authority to grant the travel authorization is communicated to the client, and if the authorization is granted, the client receives a confirmation of the grant. The service also includes consultation in case of any uncertainties with the application.

Once payment is received, a confirmation of the US travel authorization is sent as soon as possible (but within 3 working days at most). In the event that the travel authorisation is not granted, the relevant decision is delivered. Delivery is made exclusively by electronic mail (E-mail), which the client has indicated during the provision of the necessary data for the provision of the service.

3) Price and payment terms of our service

The price for one travel permit and related services is 84 EUR.

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) through the Besteron or ThePay payment gateway, PayPal and in certain cases other payment options (bank transfer, etc.)

By pressing the “Pay ESTA” button, the customer confirms his/her request and makes the payment by credit card or other chosen method (PayPal, bank transfer) via the Internet. Once the payment transaction is completed, the customer is automatically returned to the web portal.

4) Withdrawal from the contract by the customer, cancellation fees, complaints

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the service (the start of the service is immediately after payment).

If the customer withdraws from the contract before payment for the service – the cancellation fee is 0 EUR (Cancellation of the contract is done automatically by not paying the service fee).

In the event of a refusal to grant a travel permit by the US authorities, the client is fully refunded.

The customer cannot withdraw from the contract according to Section 1837 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. after paying the fee for the use of the service, as the service starts immediately after payment of this fee. The consumer cannot withdraw from the service contract if the services have been performed with his prior explicit consent.

5) ESTA form processing

Depending on your nationality and personal history, you may be eligible to apply for ESTA (Electronic System Travel Authorization) when travelling to the U.S. To obtain ESTA authorization, you must provide certain information about yourself, your passport, and the reason you are visiting the country.

Our website provides an online form with all the questions you will need to answer in order to apply for ESTA. As part of our dedicated service, we review the answers provided along with your information before we process and submit the application on your behalf. If we need further information or see anything that could compromise your application, we will contact you by email. Please note that any verification of information will delay the processing time.

Once we determine that the information you have provided is valid and complete, we will submit the application to the U.S. Government for approval. If for any reason your application cannot be submitted for processing, we will notify you and refund your payment in full.

We encourage all travelers to begin the ESTA application process as early as possible and at least 7 days prior to departure to allow room to address unforeseen delays or problems.

6) What happens if your E-Visa or ESTA application is rejected

If for some reason we cannot process your request, you can ask another service provider to help you. Alternatively, you can go directly to the relevant government website and submit the application yourself. The final decision to approve or deny an ESTA application rests entirely with the U.S. government. If your application is denied, we recommend that you contact the embassy or consulate representing the country you wish to visit for advice on how best to apply for a standard visa.

In exceptional circumstances, the government may decide to cancel the approval of an electronic travel authorisation (electronic visa or ESTA) even after it has been approved. In certain situations, they have the authority to change the status from “Approved” to “Not Allowed to Visit with Electronic Visa”. Even if your application is approved, it is only a travel authorization. It does not guarantee entry into the country you intend to visit. The final decision rests with the Customs and Immigration officer upon arrival in the U.S. We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses that you may incur if the decision is made to deny ESTA travel authorization or to deny you entry into the U.S. We are not responsible for any costs or claims arising from such a decision.

7) Your responsibility

It is the responsibility of every traveller to comply with all requirements for visiting a foreign country. You must answer all questions honestly and completely. If any information is incorrect, you will not be allowed to board a flight or boat or may be denied entry into the U.S. In this case, our company will not be responsible for any additional costs or inconvenience.

8) Our agreement

We will accept your application for a travel permit upon complete completion of the form and payment of the service fee. You will receive an order from us after we send you an email with the approved travel authorization. Purchase of our processing service means that you agree to the terms and conditions.
